Our Mission
Our mission is to shed light on the actions of the TimberCreek Property Owner’s Association Board and its Architectural Review Board so that the residents and property owners of TimberCreek can see what is happening to our neighbors, to our neighborhood as a whole, and to our property values. These Board’s executive sessions, closed meetings, confidentiality agreements, and sham elections do not exactly lend themselves public scrutiny and these Boards will do all that they can to keep their arbitrary and capricious actions under wraps. It is these very actions, however, that are terrorizing our neighbors and dissuading potential buyers from making TimberCreek home, and hurting TimberCreek realestate values. Make no mistake, our covenants and restrictions make this neighborhood one of the premier developments in the Daphne, AL. Home values in TimberCreek are routinely higher per square foot than in other neighborhoods, but the arbitrary, spiteful, and heavy handed enforcement of our rules by these Boards is not helping but rather hurting property values. While you may not have had your experience with these Boards yet, you may very well be their next target.

The Blog is a place for neighbors to read the stories of other neighbors and to provide a forum to discuss our Architectural Review Board’s actions, rulings, and edicts. Through the pictures and stories posted you’ll be able to see just how arbitrary and heavy handed these Boards are and you’ll be outraged at the expense to which they’re going to harass and intimidate the residents of TimberCreek. These are not isolated incidents and you may be their next target.
